Returns:
We currently do not offer cash refunds on jewelry purchases once payment has been made.

Exchanges:
We’re happy to offer an exchange within 5 business days of purchase for items in the same condition as received — unworn, in original packaging, and with receipt provided.

Defective Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can make it right — unworn, in original packaging, and with receipt provided.

Shipping or courier fees will not be covered unless the error was made on our end.
